10 years ago I embarked on a journey to lose 5kg, from 55 to 50, which at 5’1” is my most comfortable weight.
10 years on I weigh 65kg, I’m more unhealthy than ever, and feel like a total failure.

This image is basically my life. Ups and downs.
But, I am not giving up. I will give it another try. Because you only fail if you stop trying.
I will report back in 6-8 month and hope to have a better image to present 🤞

Maintenance is hard. I think most people have to lose weight at least twice, because the first time nothing truly prepares them for maintanance and that it still is work.
So, don't feel like a failure. You are giving weight loss another shot. You probably learned a lit last time and over the last years you can apply to losing weight and maintaining.
Also, you will reach your goal weight!2 -
I love that you’re not giving up. You’re going to achieve your goal. I know it!3
