How to eat healthy on a budget?!
I have a very limited food budget for the next few months, so I need cheap healthy recipes. And I dont like beans & pulses, I just cant stand them... and no salads either... bleh :( Any sugestions? Please?

Insanity - how much to eat?
Ok, so I'm doing insanity. I've been using mfp's goal and tracking system. I looked on the nutrition sheet that Insanity coaches recommend, and now I'm confused. walking vs. running calories
Is there a difference? Does it matter to your body if you burn 500 cals walking or 500 cals running? It will obviously take longer to burn calories while walking, but is it less beneficial?

OK, so I've got 676 cal left to eat. 66g carbs, 3g fat, none sugar and 99 protein. And about 500 sodium. What could I eat to not go over my goals that is not chicken/turkey (had too much of that today already, cant stand eating any more)? any ideas?

How much is too much?
Is there anything like too much exercise? I do insanity every morning (40min), followed by 45 min walk, then an hour later 20 min walk, then 40 min walk at lunch, in the afternoon 1.5hrs cycling, then 40 mins running and 45 min walking... Is it too much?

water retension
So, I've been really good for the past week or so, exercising every day - 1h walking, 30 min running and insanity every day, and eating really well. I weighed myself this morning and I put on 2lbs! But, my muscles are REALLY sore, and I heard someone say that sore muscles retain water? so, is it water weight?

I DONT want to gain muscle
Is there any way to exercise and NOT gain muscle? I do a lot of walking and running, and my calves are massive! Its just muscle, there's no fat. I want to get rid of if if possible or at least not gain any more... Any advise?
