30DS help!!!

I just downloaded a 30ds, and all it says is says level 1 and it lasts an hour. Its only one video.
Now, how many levels there are and how many videos? Am I missing a lot?

    DOes the menu have all three levels. Each level is just over 20 mins.

    Its only supposed to be 20 min (level 1) . There are 3 levels. I'm not sure how long the other ones are.

    It's one DVD. Skip through parts of the download and you'll see it has all three levels.

    Yeah, its 3 levels in one video. So do I do level 1 for how long? when do I move on to level 2 and 3? thanks :-)

    It's good! I'm on Level 2 day 4 and I SWEAT every day! =)
