  • These posts are great! Thank you for starting the thread. I'm just starting over, trying to get healthy....REALLY healthy this time....but I'll have to battle with the lazy monster, because that is a big problem. Really amazes me just how lazy I've become, and it would horrify others to see how lazy I can be. I've beaten…
  • Hi, everyone. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2000. Stayed away from meds for years (other than Advil & Aleve) because there just wasn't much info. But I started trying a few meds last year and think I found a good combo -- especially for the brain fog, because I'm also a full-time student and working full-time.…
  • Yea! Someone who has done the C25K!! I've been reading a lot of testimonials...everyone seems so psyched about it, gets me excited. I'm very nervous to start because I have a pain syndrome that stops me from most things in life and I soooo don't want this to be another failure. Starting this weekend. Wish me luck!
  • Ahhh, so we have something in common. Let's hope the next thing in common is losing this weight!! Thanks for adding me.
  • I have 2 boys, too (I call them man-boys now)! Age is on your side. Doing this now is the best thing you can do for you and your family....especially keeping up with those boys. Just take it one day at a time and remember to do something for yourself. That can be tough to do having kids that age....I remember well. =)
  • Congrats on reaching your goal! Giving and receiving support is a key to this journey. Thanks for your kind words.
  • I know what you mean about doing things and being tired all the time. Good for you making a decision to turn it around...being there for your kids is the best reason ever. I'm starting over again myself. Checking out the community this time for more inspiration. I hope you decide to share your blog some day soon.
  • You look mahhhh-velous! What an inspiration you are. Congrats!
  • I've used MFP in the past but never checked out the boards. Def in need of support as I have yo-yo'd and regained the 35 pounds I lost 2 years ago. Aarrrggg! Looking forward to making some new pals.
