Pretty simple I hit my max weight of 317 and I can't do the things I love like firefighting without being tired, I want to see my kids grow up . I started with a personal trainer about 2 months ago, Work out and Karate , he put me on a strict diet, very easy to follow, AND NOT HUNGRY !!!
I needed a way to track my calories and could always use motivation My brother lost over 40 lbs using this tracker and talking with a professional nutritionist.
I guess I would like to share my story and pictures. Anything I can do to help others and I could always use help!
I have taken on an entirely new way to look at food> I may post a blog about it someday ! never know !!

I know what you mean about doing things and being tired all the time. Good for you making a decision to turn it around...being there for your kids is the best reason ever.
I'm starting over again myself. Checking out the community this time for more inspiration. I hope you decide to share your blog some day soon.0
