  • Like another reader said, if you are used to running, then yes. If you are NOT used to running but still in great shape, NO--because you can easily get shin splints (ouch!) or even worse, stress fractures (double ouch!) I am on week 3 and will do my 3rd workout Friday for the week. I worked out before I started this…

  • Hi Amanda!! I want to wish you well on your weight loss journey... this site has really helped me think about what I eat or make up for eating something bad with a workout. :) It's also inspiring to have all the support from friends on this site. I'll add you! :)
  • At my house we freeze ripe/overly ripe fruit for snacks. Cantaloupes, Honeydews, grapes, peaches, etc... will even buy from the reduced racks just to cut up and freeze. Being so ripes gives the frozen treat extra flavor!!
