  • Haha I know I was singing the praises of kcal counting the other day and got a kind of "what are you tring to say" reaction, oops! I've got 3 of my friends to join but I don't think they use it either. :explode:

  • I think if you spent the whole week looking forward to "snack saturday" you'd most likely gorge and undo any progress or you'd snack before saturday and then feel guilt because your No S Diet or w/e had failed!!!!!   • You can do all the exercise you want but if you have fat on your belly the muscles behind can't peek through. Unfortunately and annoyingly belly fat tends to be one of the last things to drop off. Stick with it and when your belly fat goes your abs will shine!
