  • I make them with Yves Mexican ground round. Saves a ton of calories and isn't oily gross like meat can be.
  • My story is boring, I just always knew I was gay and never kept it a secret. I don't think I really ever officially came out cause I wasn't "In" I don't think it matters either way at this point, Im fairly certain and content with the fact that I will be single till the day I die but I am attracted to women.
  • Have you tried a higher wasited pant?with a draw string?
  • I have a few different pairs of running tights with draw strings, if i dont have them tied up tightly I have the exact same problem. Hike them up a bit above where you would naturally wear them and tie the draw string as tight as you can this should help.
  • Don't run in pain is my first suggestion! walk if you have to until you can do it without pain. I get lower abdominal pains as well usually right below my belly button and across to the hips. My suggestion is to alternate doing a lot of lower ab exercises to strengthen those muscles. Crunches, leg raises laying on your…
  • Try it with a running bra and shirt on then complain. There is no reason at all to feel like you need to run shirtless in any weather.
  • That may be your opinion but others are posting what their thoughts are try to be respectful of others opinions! I don't want to see any males or females running around all sweaty and gross. it has nothing to do with the human body and everything to do with what is acceptable behavior . As a gay man you should have better…
  • Males running shirtless just look like huge douches to me. You should only run in what would be allowed in a race. Would you show up to a fun run and strip down? probably not! (hopefully) Seriously if its to hot for you to keep your shirt on you need to either find better running clothing or just stay home for the day. I…
  • Real shin splints are horrible and should never be ran on, a real shin splint is when the bone starts to splinter and pull away from the bone. NEVER run on a shin splint you can do major damage.
  • Few things here, I am just getting back to running used to do 35K a day though so I know my stuff with running! Shoes: You need to find out how your foot is naturally hitting the ground in a number of ways. 2 most important are where your foot strikes so do you land heel first, mid foot or toe? for heel you want a shoe…
  • Finally someone who gets it!
  • a lot of guys have boobs to you know?
  • I was lucky enough to have mine done on OHIP, I'm assuming you are in the USA? I know that most countries with social health care pay for reductions if it is considered a health problem.
  • I think there is some truth to it, if you are way under weight and still have a huge rack then chances are they are fake its just not possible to control being 3rd world skinny and have enough fatty tissue in that lone area to make boobs. This is why you dont ever see Ethiopians with huge boobs
  • one thing to be very careful of if you do get a reduction is that if you lose any weight through it the weight will come back in another area. A lot of women have problems with after surgery the boobs coming back if they over eat, or other areas of their body gain weight like the arms, belly or hips. Just something to be…
  • Sorry but your Dr seems to be a bit misinformed. I had a Reduction 2 years ago from a DDD to a B and only lost about 5lbs and I believe most of that was from exercising before the surgery. If you lose weight properly you are going to be losing fat, fat is the main component to breast tissue so your boobs should shrink down…
  • There was just a story on the CBC about this! well not just about women but people getting in shape and perspiration levels. They are saying that a person who is out of shape and working out at 100% of their capacity will sweat the exact same amount as someone who is in shape and working to their 100% capacity this is the…
  • pretty much all fish is good the oily ones are usually promoted as being better for you with the added Omegas they provide. Avoid any frying, breading or heavy sauces. I just switched to being a vegetarian but used to make a lot of salmon just simply wrapped in tinfoil with a slice of lemon you can do this with pretty much…
  • so he isn't a vegan then or a vegetarian hes more a switchatarian
  • I'm a vegetarian, was a vegan for 15 years. My only real advice would be to make sure you get your b12 and don't overdo the soy it can cause hormonal problems if you start getting to much. I was a meat eater for a few years and just came back to being a vegetarian about a month ago, you definitely have to be more creative…
  • a cup is a standard measurement. Grams aren't popular in most countries so I think you might have trouble converting people. You can always add your own foods to just your page.
  • When I started I was 5'3 192lbs and it told me to don 1200 Cal a Day. I have been sticking with that and seeing good results. Don't forget to add in your daily exercise those add on calories for you to consume!
  • Im a bit all over the place in the morning I usually have tea and a piece of fruit or yoghourt occasional cereal (but rarely). Lunch is usually late and more of a snack, and dinner is usually larger but then I find I hungry all night so I end up snacking all night.
  • Im a vegetarian and runner so getting enough protein can be tough sometimes. I use Protein directly after running mainly to avoid leg stiffening but its also helpful to get in the protein without a lot of calories. Right now Im doing the Six Star Elite cookies and Cream, its probably the best taste wise and has 30grams of…
  • 5 hour class 5 nights a week? that seems odd
  • HAHAHA! well at least you are being honest with us about it. I totally cut out drinking for now just because I know there is no way I'm only having 1 beer.
  • Hannibal I think I will avoid you lol
