I always walk (quickly, about 4 mph) for 5 minutes before running to warm up. If I don't I can barely run for 5 minutes with out getting a cramp in my side...

If you exercise before you eat anything for the day, you are still burning off something... If you work out on an empty stomach you are in a negative, so if you don't eat it back for the day your body will be put into starvation mode...

I like them , but my boyfriend thinks they're weird. I'm not sure if you would be allergic to them, but Special K or Slim Fast meal replacement bars have a good amount of protein and are only 180-200 calories.

I really like having the "earned" calories there for the whole day, so my motivation is knowing that I won't have to worry about what I eat all day since I have more from the start :-)

Yes, it's better than grabbing something unhealthy, but a handful of veggies is also a whole lot fewer calories than something unhealthy, so yes, count them because even if it is healthy calories it is still calories.

Chicken breast in a crock pot with low sodium taco seasoning, reduced fat can of cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup salsa, in a crock pot for 6-8 hours. Shred the chicken and add a cup of reduced fat sour cream. I made it for the first time last week and will definitely be doing it again.

Have you ever tried the Mrs. Dash seasonings? I just rub that on raw chicken breasts and bake it. Delicious!

Most liquors are about 70 calories an ounce, so I usually do those with a diet soda, and that's pretty much the lowest you can get. Also, as far as beer goes, Corona light is only 110 a bottle...
