Anyone?

I count water and then the water I put in other drink mixes. Like if I have tea, I log the tea bag and the water. I don't drink coffee, but if I did I would do the same. I also do that for drink mixes. Count the water and the mix.

My suggestion would be buying a crock pot, and making healthy food in bulk that you can freeze. If you have a meal plan at school, I would suggest making your own salads/ sandwiches from the salad bar and getting as much fresh fruit as possible. My now husband used MFP in college and that was basically the only way he…

Nothing fried, and avoid as much sauce as possible. Try to eat any steamed meat of vegetables that are available. My favorite is the sauteed green beans, steamed veggies and pepper chicken. They are not great, but IMO just about the best you can get with Chinese buffet

I made this yesterday: http://www.health.com/health/gallery/0,,20591654_2,00.html DELICIOUS!!!

It depends on the speed the steps are taken. So if you take 100 steps at a 6 mph pace your heart rate gets higher than if you do it at a 2 mph pace, and so you burn more calories. You could try different paces for one minute and see how many you do at each pace and then put it into mfp as walking or running at that speed.…

Currently I range between 126-128, and I am pretty happy with that. I am just working on toning now, so I will be happy at whatever weight I am at my current size with more definition. (Currently I'm a size 4)

Are you trying to lose weight? If not, eat your BMR. If yes, eat -250 calories for every 1/2 lb a week you intend to lose. MFP doesn't let you go below 1200, so I think that you probably have it set at lose 1 lb per week, which translates to 1617.30-500 = 1117.30, which is less than 1200, so it rounds up.

I find that as long as you pace yourself well, (Don't take off too fast...) you will only be passed in the first half mile or so. After that, you will do all the passing (of people who took off too fast :-) )

Really it is all about calories in/calories out. If you eat less and exercise more you could be doing too much. You eat the same and exercise more then you lose weight, if you eat less and exercise none you lose. You don't NEED to do both to lose weight. Exercise has a smaller impact though because it is really difficult…

I am 5'6" and wore an 8 when I weighed 145, so more than that...

You do not NEED to burn any as long as you are eating in a deficit. If you burn calories you can just eat more and still lose. So really, the benefit of buring calories is to tone and to add to the amount you can eat while still losing weight.

Well, if you do each week 5-6 times in one week, you will be finished in 4 weeks 28 days... That's what I did :-)

The noodles I bought were calorie free.

They are kind of a weird consistency and smell kind of strange, but with thick sauce with a strong flavor they are fine.

Christmas music is allowed and encouraged around me from 12:01am day after Thanksgiving until 11:59pm December 25th :-) Decorations usually come out the weekend after Thanksgiving weekend (or roughly Dec. 1st).

You should ask your instructor if she is taking exercise into account when saying 1500... If that is not net, and you burn roughly 300 calories a day, you would be really only eating a net of 1200 not 1500 calories.
