How does everyone think this will taste? -1/3 of a cup of oatmeal cooked with water -1/2 a frozen banana, chopped -2 strawberries, diced finely -1/8 of an apple, diced finely -1 tbs of 98% fat free mango yoghurt -3 almonds, grated or chpped mmm.... good? Too much?

no one has said that they add milk afterwards, this is what I have always done. Made with water, added milk after. Isn't it too dry?

I did actually make a fruit/veg platter, but with a scrambled egg and then I had some chocolate (and half a sausage left over from last night) soon I have quite a big dinner coming up with my family, so I think it is all ok!

I didn't plan :( I will do that in the future! Before Ieft I had a bowl of porridge and afterwards I had fish and chips. This brought me to a net of 15. Thankyou for the idea!
