following...DYING to order one, but can't swing it right now with tuition payments!

I have technically been a member for 3 years and never actually used the sight until this time! 45 days straight today! Happy to support you!

I am pretty new here (this time), but I fell into the 1200 calorie trap when I first started. I lost 10 pounds about the same as you....first 2-3 weeks and then it just didn't seem to go anywhere. I upped my calories after reading to 1560 and changed my loss goal to 1 pound per week and I am losing again. I don't even work…

Following...I am 5'3" also!

I guess I need to take some of my own photos! What a difference that made for you! GREAT JOB!!!

I have so much food on my desk! I usually bring my greek yogurt, my lunch and 1-3 pieces of fruit every morning, but I also have in my overhead bin and the refrigerator; 100 calorie backs of 3 different snacks, 90 calorie fiber cookies, wheat things, 100 calorie packs of guacamole, string cheese, some sparkling water and…

5'3" - 214 44 days in and almost to ONEderland!

1. I have been a member for 3 years, but never used it for more than a day or two until this time. I am on day 43! 2. LIke someone else said, this time has been a breeze for me, but I think I finally decided that "no holds bar' this time was my only way and that I had to do this for me. 3. So far...not "giving up"…

I am still pretty new here, but my loss is all diet so far. I do no real planned exercise. Occasionally I walk to clean my office or something and I will log that, but no gyms or tapes or anything for me yet. I do plan to incorporate later also, but I am in my last semester of school, getting ready for a recital, with 2…

Great job! Next time you put them on they will fit even better and pretty soon they will be too big! You rock!

I have been a member for years, but I never logged more than one meal here and there and one total day or so. I would return every so often and log something and change my weight. I never really sat down and looked for support and calculated my goals until this time. I am 43 days in now and down 14 pounds. I wish I would…

I love new friends! I am also 31 and I have had an account for a few years, but this is the first time I have committed! Good luck to you!

I hate water too and while I am working towards drinking more and more plain water everyday, for now I am using Crystal Light and bottles of sparkling water to ease the transition. Coming from a 5-6 a day pop drinker, I think that is good progress and I will keep working towards more and more plain water!
-
I would love to be friends with any of you! You are going to rock it!!
-
Happy to have new friends! On daily with an open diary and every "like" or comment is a fantastic encouragement that someone is rooting for you! Feel free to add me!

I am pretty new, but I have lost almost 12 pounds just by logging my calories. I work in an office all day and I am not following any sort of exercise routine at this point at all. Simply tracking my calories, bringing my own snacks to work and drinking lots of water are working for me. I do plan to incorporate more and…

I was a heavy pop drinker too (diet pepsi) I found that if I buy a little bit of sparkling water that I can get a small amount of that amazing carbonated feeling without so much guilt! I use it fairly sparingly, but it really helps when I am craving pop! I am still drinking a small amount of pop too, but only after I have…

I would call this my second time around because I have been a member since 2011, but I never really started last time. I would log one day here and there, but never took it seriously. I am now on a 38 day streak and ready to work for this!
-
When I first signed up for this site I was that way. I would log for a day, and forget to do it the next or think it wasn't worth my time. This time this change is about me and taking control and now it is almost fun. Lets see what things I can stick in here without going over. Let's see how I handle a surprise trip to…

31 years old, Mom of 2 with 65ish pounds to lose! Working, being a mom and going back to school makes losing weight fall low on the priority list, but I am taking control!

I live about an hour south of Wichita!! Welcome and I am ready to cheer you on if you want!
-
Love it! Great job! Love your tats! I can't wait to see how much better mine look once I reach my goal weight!
-
Thanks! I have been considering getting one of these!

It is so hard to motivate someone else. I started this journey just 37 days ago without my husband. I decided to also join a 28 day long diet bet on dietbetter.com a week or so ago and I talked my hubby into joining too thinking that the money incentive might help him get started (he is very number oriented). He joined,…

Seriously. MFP needs a "like" button!

I don't count my daily cleaning at home, but I do clean my office every weekend for extra money and I do count that. It is a little harder work than just my chores at home and I usually try to do it quickly and break a sweat.

My starting weight was 214 and I think I was in denial about how fat I really was for a long time. I have always been "heavier" but people always told me I carried it well. I am not making this change for me and myself only! My goal weight is about 150 also! Feel free to add me!
-
I only have about 65-75 pounds to lose, but this is my 2nd time around too. The first time I only logged here and there when I remembered and never made a commitment. I am on day 36 now and I have lost 10 pounds. I love to have new friends anytime!

I am a short person so walking fast is harder for me, but my son and and walked to my office this weekend which is 1.3 miles from my house and we did it in 20 minutes (he was on his bike). Now, it took us 30 minutes to get home because it is more uphill and he just can't pedal that fast, but that was probably closer to 3…

Great job! I am starting out at 214 so very close to your story. My goal has been 150, but your CW pictures are very inspiring to just go where the healthy BMI leads me! (I am shorter than you though) Keep up the great work!
