 And lots of chicken wings. At least that's what my ex-military boyfriend told me. Back to your post OP: the food looks good, but the quantity looks like too little. I'd be super hangry and wouldn't be able to stick to it long before I gave up. Why not just track your calories with a reasonable defecit instead? It's…

Bumping for future reference. I may only be 6 pounds 'til GW, but I'm expecting that stall to happen at any time, and now I've got a new way to combat it! Thank you! :flowerforyou:

Hey there from Canada! 6 more pounds until GW for me, so I'll be in maintenance soon (hopefully)!
-
I like you.

Samesies. Although the sequence in numbers I find amusing, and wish I noticed this before!!

When I was in high school, this was something I cared a lot about. Why, I don't really know. Now that I'm not in high school and above that high school mentality, I don't care nearly as much anymore. I like to have it showing because I think I'm a little OCD about things like that (I'm one of few friends I have on FB that…

Bumping to read more later. Very interesting discussion going here.

I struggle with this question daily. I'm still pursuing my undergraduate degree but have been lucky enough to work 2 different co-op jobs in the federal government to gain experience. These jobs have given me plenty of skills and paid much more than the crap minimum wage jobs I was working before. I love the jobs for the…

And I thought the fingerprints on my computer at home were bad

Cool info! Bumping to read later!

Definetly will not end well if you pursue that. At all. Jealousy will ensue eventually when either yourself of herself find another partner.

Eat more? That seems like the obvious answer. Have slightly larger portion sizes for meals you cook at home, then you may not necessarily have to "plan your meals around your daily goal" and keep eating what you're eating, but just eat a wee bit more of it (especially the protein - you'll easily get more cals there).…

I weigh-in every week/every two weeks. I'll skip weigh-ins the week of my TOM and if I had heavy-eating events like a birthday party or family dinner on the weekend because I assume the number that will show is not reflective of the actual weight I have lost, since I'll most likely be retaining water from TOM and/or eating…

Sometimes I just like to see how many weiners I can fit into my mouth at once. ...but they need to have ketchup on them...maybe some cheese.

Accepted Also, :drinker:

Better that than a frayed knot! Wait, I messed that joke up...

Here here! Currently living in Ottawa, but from a reaaaaaaaaaally small town in Southern Ontario called Oil City (the closest "big" city to it being Sarnia) Always welcoming new friends :flowerforyou:

I'm not ashamed. Momma's a freak!
-
Yes...friends
-
That's what I was going to say  The only thing I wear to bed involves leather, a mask, and a gag.

I agree with her. But when I say 40s, I'm thinking early 40s (40-43 at max) and not meaning that in a negative way. You look like a very attractive man!
-
I think too if you are friends with them you automatically see them..unless that can be diabled, I'm not sure.
-
I'm with this guy. The only time I drink pop it normally has alcohol in it, otherwise I rarely drink it at all. And when I do, it's neither Pepsi nor Coke.
-
Yep, that's exactly what I do. Or, depending on what it is I'm out eating (for instance, when I go out for sushi or any other buffet/all-you-can-eat type of place) I just won't log that meal at all. I find it to be less hassle that way, and I just assume I went over for the day and then just move on to the next!
-
I agree too! It seems a little mundance to keep saying "WTG" or "awesome job!" over and over again unless it actually is something spectacular, and a like button would suffice for that.

I don't know if this is what the poster was getting at, but soy is one of the largest produces GMO products in the US. If you're someone who knows what GMOs are and think they aren't a good thing, then that would be a good enough reason why. I did a quick search and came up with this article that does discuss soy milk and…
