I just wanna say that I am 5'6", and my goal weight was 125, and I did it eating anywhere from 1400-1900 cals/day (depending on how much and how intense the exercise was). There is honestly no need for you to be eating anything less than 1200 cals/day. Will it hurt you doing it every once and a while? No - but if it…

I've had the same thing happen to me (mind you, not as severe, but I felt like I was going to violently expel from both ends within a half hour of eating two double cheese, and still felt off the next day). I used to eat McD's at LEAST once a week for years, but since eating my own homemade meals at home over the past…

It's actually true!!! Shampoo strips your hair of it's natural oils, which is why when you shampoo every day and then you go a day without washing your hair gets really greasy - because your scalp is in overdrive trying to rebuild all the natural oils that the shampoo just stripped from it. That's one reason why I don't…

Baby power dusted onto the more greasy areas helps on those inbetween wash days. Plus it makes your hair smell nice!

It's something I'm highly considering doing. I want to home school my children too, if possible, but I would probably want to work part time at least anyways to make a little extra money. It's my life plan :smooched:

I wouldn't say that I still consider myself "fat." I knew I wasn't really extremely overweight to begin with, but even after losing the weight I still notice just as many imperfections as I did when I was 30+ lbs heavier - they're just different imperfections than before. Other than my thighs, I still don't like my thighs…

That's how it went for me too - and always with the window cracked (unless it was winter). I can remember being left in the car numerous times when I was a little younger than 10, but never for very long. Maybe it's because I lived in a very small town that it never seemed to be a problem to my parents... When I have…

I agree - I don't know how those frozen dinner fill you! :noway: I'd rather eat a giant homemade salad with the same amount of calories and feel full than just have a tease! Also OP, if you're looking for a quick and easy way to make pizza, try making what my Dad used to make when I was younger - what I called "Pizza…

Don't quote me on this, but the only thing I can see it contributing to weight loss is that is has a lower caloric content than if one were to use olive oil, for instance. It is also supposed to have antibacterial properties to it, but that has nothing to do with weightloss.

Kegels? I don't know - it happens to me and I just think it's hilarious.

I never realized how adorable turtles are until now! Plus I have some great ideas on what to do with the ones at my In-Laws

Although I'm not married *yet*, I've always gotten along really well with my significant others parents. The mother of my first boyfriend was more like a mom to me than my own for the 2 years that we were dating. My current boyfriend I've been with for almost 2.5 years and both of his parents have been calling me their…

Hi OP  I'm 23 and I've spent the last few months to get to where I am now between 1500-1900 cals/day and have still been losing weight, just a little slower. On the days I don't work out I try to aim closer to 1500 whereas the days I do work out I'll go for 1900. I got these numbers by calculating my TDEE and…

^ That's basically how I feel too. Bring on the wine! Although I'm sure that there will still be an excess of food and sweets since I am celebrating the turn of the New Year at a big dinner party with my boyfriend's family. :ohwell: OP, go crazy if you want, but you don't need to stop having your favourite ice cream…

Woman's muli was my only for the longest time, but I've added calcium (with magnesium and zinc), as well as vitamin C and vitamin D, although the latter are mostly just for the winter months (hopefully...we'll see). I was also taking VegeGreens supplement but have recently run out and it's so damn expensive

I do not have issues with acid refulx or hiatal hernia, but I have been living with my boyfriend for over 2 years and he has had terrible acid reflux issues since he was a child (I believe he was born with digestive track problems). Although he's much too stubborn to do a real elimination diet to determine what foods are…

From my understanding (and not my experiences, since I haven't been doing any body recomposition...yet) you will lose inches, but it's not like the jeans will be falling off of you within 2 weeks time, or even 2 months time. I am under the impression that body recomposition can take months and months, even up to years to…

The more the merrier! :drinker: I wish I could be a Suicide Girl  ETA: I currently have 4, all of which can be easily covered. But I want more, so so many more.
