No not at all. I don't like running. But I enter 5 k walks and have also done marathons. Walking is just as good of an exercise form as running, and puts less pressure on the knee joints. Go on go for it!!!! :)

Hi, Yes, mindless eating is so rubbish. I still do it, but instead of chocolate or biscuits. You have to commit in your mind that you want to do this. I have done it by banning foods I know I will snack on. Swapped my snacks.. for example crisps to popcorn and ryvita do a quite a good range of crunchy things. I also tell…
