  • I did this diet once before and also did the Ultimate Reset which is about the same just they let you use some oil. This one does not. I now am starting Slim in 6 and find that it really wipes you out as it is 1 hr and part of the time it is with weights or resistance bands.   • I think I am eating enough. I always go over 1200 cal up to around 1800 depending on how hard I work out. I am now on day 2 of Slim in 6 and think it is harder than Rockin' Body even my son thinks so. We are both wiped out after the 1 hr workout.   • August 27th. Five more days! Calories? Yes Exercised? Yes Tracked? Yes On day 2 of Slim in 6 after doing 8 weeks of Rockin' Body! In my opinion, Slim in 6 is harder so hopefully it will work quicker! Even my son thinks it's harder. He was as wiped out as I was at the end of 60 min.
