Starting out good today. Brunch of a omelette with spinach cheese and Canadian bacon and one slice of toast ! Usually have two toast but I'm full and happy . dinner is planned . salad and a BLT . and dessert is a grilled pineapple wedge . making better choices than I did before.

I'd did I lost 4 lbs .. Total lost so far 12 lbs according to my tracker . happy happy happy

Nutrition pretty good today however sodium intake was up .. Under calories ..

Took a different approach today . worked at my desk 30 mins and then walked around the store for 5 mins . so all total in my 8 hour day about 40 mins of walking . more movement yay .

I love spaghetti , but to many carbs . I bought a spiral cutter and made noodles out of 4 zucchini and made a sauce to go with . yummy

Wow!!! Same as yesterday for me . 10 min walk . maybe a tad farther and faster today .. About 600 steps .

Mad it on a 10 min walk before coughing and fatigue hit me .. 5 days off sickness wiped my out .

After being sick for 5 days and making myself eat I hit the wall today and can't get full!!! Over my goals and not good . hope this is out of my system by tomorrow and I'm back on track. Dusting myself off , tomorrow is a new day ! On a good note 45 days soda free !!
