You definitely need to be testing . my daughter takes metformin for insulin resistance . her highest number was 125 . she takes 500 mg 2 times a day ..

When I do the walk at home DVD. My beagle thinks she should be a part of it so she stands in front of me and every time I kick my feet out she get a tap. This causes her to move away, very slightly. By the end of the DVD she has turned around so many times, she acts dizzy .lol

I love Smoothies, my favorite is made with almond milk, strawberries, spinach, 1 tablespoon of mini chocolate chips , ice and half of a frozen banana.. got to check to see if it runs my blood sugar up though..

100 is good for a morning number . My peak was 234 at least that i know of , I now take metformin er 500 mg every evening. I test at least 3 to 4 times per day. Mine got mad at me for telling him he didn't need ice cream . he is diabetes and won't follow portion control His doctor tells him to lose weight It frustrating because of all his health problems and eat may have to Start a second insulin ... Love him but he iterates me some days

Carbs hate me . I did great yesterday until I ate an apple with some pb and this morning it was 155 . still a little on the high side . shooting for under 130 . today I have had a total of 55 grms of carb so far so good . dinner is planned I just got to cook it ..
