Thank you all for the kind words of support! I'll check in again in a month or two about how it's been going with maintaining and sustaining. By that time I should have increased my calorie budget a little (that'll be nice) in order to stop losing weight but hopefully not gain either. --Dave

ladynocturne Thank you. Unfortunately this particular restaurant doesn't make their nutrition information available. The quantity of steamed rice was ~1.5 cups. The quantity of beef was "typical" for a japanese lunch meal, maybe 12-15 thin tender strips of beef in dark teriyaki sauce, ~4-6 oz.? Only ~6 or 8 small broccoli…
