I love going to Subway for lunch. I get a 6" with meat, honey mustard dressing & all the veggies, no mayo and no cheese and I end up eating around 300-400 calories. I seem to lose weight when I leave them. I tend to have 100-200 calories left at the end of the day and if I try to finish them off, I don't lose weight as easily. I also excercise to gain more. That's just me, though!

Try to have a bottle of water by you at all times and drink half a normal size bottle an hour and you will be at over 8 cups in a day!! The more you drink, the easier it is over a period of time to drink more! I try not to drink much before I go to bed.

Yes! I had them all at one time or another! You can be overweight and bulemic. Your body will hold onto weight if it thinks something is wrong! Please message me if you need to talk, I have struggled through overeating, bulemia and anorexia and none of them are fun, but you can get past them and have a normal life!

I would do rice with a veggie and chicken something. I didn't look at the menu, but I love thai food too! I like to do soup before a meal like that too, so it fills me up faster!!! And like you said, lots of water!

I eat wheat bread. I think white bread is the lowest calorie count, but I want to be healthy, so 10 calories more for wheat is fine with me. I have been doing the 30 day shred video and am going to start doing zumba, so pretty much in my home. On the weekends I like to go out and do things that involve walking. I don't do a daily outside routine because I have a young child and I work all day, so it's tough to find the time.

Yes! I do that!! When I started this I was drinking a bottle of water before a meal and then chewing my food real well and drinking water every couple of bites. It definitely helped with my appetite and helped me not binge. It works for me and I see no harm in drinking extra water!

I was asking this same question this morning, but I work out at 5:30 am and most of my responses were to eat a banana or something before, but if you already you are, maybe you need to eat more? Are you pregnant? Maybe try drinking more water or maybe working out for shorter time and see if that makes a difference?

I am drinking around 8 glasses of water, so I don't think I am dehydrated. I get at least 7 hours of sleep a night. My body would like 8-9, but I can only do that on the weekends. We are trying to get pregnant again, but still waiting.
