Hello everyone. My name is Rick. I live in PA, but glad to see a group that includes weight loss surgery folks. I had Roux en Y Gastric Bypass Surgery December 17, 2013. I came home 48 hours ago. Already, I resumed my Planet Fitness gym routine. I have limited myself to the treadmill untill I can adjust.
