Back in 2009 I went from 253 to 185 and on my 5'6 frame I was thick and I like being a little on the thick side and so did the guys checking me out/hitting on me back then. I've got about 110 to lose and when I look at it that way it's pretty overwhelming

I think there is a direct correlation between the two but that's just from my own personal experience. I've been up and down my whole life weight wise and when I'm in good shape my libido is high and I have high endurance and can do more positions but being bigger and out of shape I pretty much have no sex drive right now.
