Going to be 60 this year and I have to start getting this weight off. It is harder but I can't use excuses anymore. Time is not going to stop and wait for me to get serious. I think this site is where I need to be. I love to read all of the success stories and I hope to be one of them,

Love my vitamix! Applesauce, 4med apples, cored and quartered with peel. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Put all ingredients in container turn machine on and go from 2 to 5 depending on how chunky you like your applesauce (5 will be purée).
