One other thing - Are you getting enough sodium? I know it sounds contradictive, but I was on a diet very low in sodium and suffered from terrible headaches. The DR who had me on the program said to make sure and use sea salt (not a lot) on my meals. Just a thought...

I love it!! I use Jillian Michaels' protein powder, low fat cottage cheese, Jello SF FF vanilla puddig, and no xantham the gum. I measured and figured the calories, etc for the specific ingredients I use. Cal - 205 Fat - 4 Fiber - 3 Carbs - 19 Sodium - 835 Protein - 27

Well said. I agree with you. Your body does tend to get used to the same ol' same ol'. I'm guilty of doing the same thing over & over. When I get frustrated with the scale &/or size, I try to remember to do something different.

I'm not the only one! Right now, the heat & fatigue are kicking my a**! I still get to the gym at LEAST 5 mornings a week. My day is usually "over" by noon. I stay indoors and try to rest. Boring! My main goal is to get to the gym every morning and concentrate on eating right.
