After I had my daughter I was close to the 200 range. I started the 1200 calories then, I ate really clean, filling foods and drank a ton of water so I was full most of the day, if I was ever still hungry then I would go over some days...I just mainly listened to my body's hunger signals. Most of the time, I stuck to 1200…

Thank you so much everyone! Yes water is so amazing! Also I try to eat a lot of foods high in potassium to help flush out sodium. As far as exercise goes, I stay pretty busy with my little ones. I try to do toning exercises 3 times a week and I try to walk as much as possible :)

Aww thank you! It took me about a year, I stuck to 1200 calories a day with one cheat day a week, I tried keeping my sodium low and I drink about 64 ounces of water a day :)
