I have Amy Dixons power sculpt by womens fitness magazine. I really like it. It is like the biggest loser dvd's but seems to flow better and better instruction. It says you can burn up to 500 calories in the 40 minutes but I haven't worn a hrm during the workout. You use 3lb dumbells with it. It is a good workout.

would you consider workout videos (like the biggest loser and power sculpt vidoes ) strength training, aerobics or circuit training? In all the videos I have they include aerobics with dumbells and lots of strength traing like lunges and squats. Any advice?

Golden retrievers are great. We have 2 and our male is much more mellow then our girl. They are so good with our kids too!

I really enjoy power sculpt -fat blast by womens health magazine. the instructor amy dixon is great. all you need is 3 lb. dumbells. It claims you can burn up to 500 calories in 40 minutes. it is a great workout and makes you feel great
