I agree with calsgirl, I love the GNC Total Lean drinks. I have one for breakfast every morning. Strawberry and vanilla are my two favorite flavors, but I have never tried orange cream..it soudns pretty amazing. As far as bars, Quest White Chocolate Raspberry protein bars are my favorite!

I have the same problem!! You could try a Quest Bar. They are healthy and they have some really yummy chocolate options. I have tried Chocolate chip cookie dough (my favorite), Brownie, and Chocolate Peanut butter. All delicious!

If you loved P90X you may want to hold off for a little bit and wait on the P90X 3! I saw it on beachbody.com a few weeks ago. It is basically supposed to be P90X jammed into 30 mins/day. I'm not sure when the release date is though.

The p90x Ab Ripper X video is the best ab workout I've ever done! I hate it with a passion but it works! haha :) I think you can get it off of ebay and things like that if you don't want the whole p90x workout.

Try the Fiber One 90 calorie bars! They are delicious, and perfect for a snack. Especially if you have a sweet tooth. Plus they have lots of fiber to make you feel full longer. Roasted edamame beans are a great snack! To me they taste a lot like peanuts, and they have 14g of protein in 1/4 cup.

Your best bet is a HRM! I am so glad I finally bought one. It makes it much easier to track how many calories you are actually burning. I just added each Insanity workout to 'My Exercises'. This way I can look back at what I burned last time I did the workout and try to beat it. :) Little personal competition always helps…

Completely agree!! I have been using Nuva ring for 5 years and still love it. Other birth controls made me put on a lot of weight and the Nuva Ring doesn't.

I don't run in my Vibrams, but I use them to do Insanity. I absolutely LOVE them! Don't think I will ever excercise in regular shoes again.

Month two is definitely tough! I am only on day 3 and I am SO sore! Muscles I didn't even realize I was working at the time are sore. Have you all had better results as far as weight loss during month 2? My Month two weight loss results were pretty discouraging. I am hoping they fall off during month 2!

How did the Results and Recovery formula work for you? I am on week 4 of Insanity and have been drinking R&R formula after every workout. I love it! However, I have GAINED 5 lbs....I am trying to figure out if the recovery drink might be the reason I am gaining instead of losing.

I recently got Vibram Fivefingers. They are perfect for the Insanity workout (to me). They are light weight, and just like being barefooted only they protect your feet. You may want to check them out. :) They look really odd but they are awesome.

I am having the same issue. I did Week 4 day 1 yesterday and my calves hurt so bad I kept having to pause the video and stretch them. It was a very intense burning/ cramping in my shins and calves. This is the first week I've had this problem... Anyone else have this problem?
