I started in summer 2013. Quit. Then came back for good in April 2014. 2014. I have almost reached my goal weight and will then enter maintenance :)

I would like to: -Lose the last ~4lbs -Maintain for a few months -Run a 5K -Reach new PR's for lifting (specifically improve my bench press) -Run a mile in under 8 minutes

I did not want to accept that I had gained weight. Then my pants did not fit me anymore. 10 months later, 2-3 pairs of jeans are so baggy on me. I still wear them sometimes with a belt so I can remember how far I have come :)

Never eating any type of breakfast. Having some type of junk food as a snack. Not drinking enough water if any at all. Sometimes even forgetting to eat because I was too busy, then eating super high calorie meals at the end of the day. Also, living off empty calories all my way through college like Ramen :p

I drink my vegetables. I blend celery, kale, cucumber, and parsley with a hint of chia seeds, pulp included. Although it is not delicious like other juices, I know I am getting my veggies in for the morning.

I personally have not really done any fad diets, although I will say in college I tried the juicing cleanse. Totally feel silly now. I have known people who starve themselves and then eat 1 meal a day loaded with like 3000+ calories. Although these are not diets...I have heard so many women at the gym trying those body…
