The pic on the left was taken 2 weeks ago so I know its not long enough to see a huge difference. Can you tell me if you can see a slight difference in stoamach area.I want a flat stomach but I still have belly fat. Aslo do you get a flat stomach by calorie deficient or exercise ? Here are the pics

yes tummy getting flatter and calorie deficit is the correct answer.0

Yep. Definite improvement. And I think obtaining the body you want is 80% diet and 20% exercise. You can get a flat stomach purely from eating right with a calorie deficit, definitely; but exercise is a little boost and helps.0

Hard to say, because the bikini in the 1st pic is higher, so it makes your belly look bigger. Wear the same outfit if you want an true comparison.0

Update:Since someone suggested I wear the same outfit for true comparison I decided to take another pic with a bikini bottom. here is the the pic

Hips thrust a bit back in first picture, forward in second. But, yes, it looks like you are making progress. Good job.0

I think there are slight differences. Your stomach looks more firm in my opinion. It's a little hard when the positions and lighting are different. I'd get a measuring tape and just start measuring at some interval you pick, maybe once every 2 weeks?
Good job though!!
Check out this article. This guy took 6 progress pics and they are all about 10 minutes apart but he manipulated the lighting in the room and the positions he was standing http://www.huffingtonpost.com/andrew-dixon/weight-loss-secrets_b_3643898.html0 -
