This was the most SIMPLE recipe ever, mind you, in the past, I made peach cobblers with TONS of butter, sugar, brown sugar, and then more butter, with sugar on top of sugar. I bet my old school cobblers had to be at LEAST 1000 calories for a half cup, lol

Right now Im at a phase where I am loosing inches, but no pounds. So for the month of April, I want to loose my previous months inches of -12 + -3 for a total of -15 inches (in 6 different areas total)

There are many different opinions on this. Set a reasonable goal for you, based on your schedule and what will keep you from cheating yourself. I personally dont eat meals after 7pm and no snacking after 8. Give your belly plenty of time to rest! Do what works for you, build a system for yourself.

Soooooo glad spring is here, the cold months hurt my progress, but with longer days and pretty weather, Im convinced, this will be a good season for my goals!

Everytime I see some crazy advertising, speaking on having the answers, I just instantly roll my eyes. They not fooling me, I been through the fire and still in it!

I dare NOT weigh in the week before or the week after. So my time table to weight in for the month is very limited.

I personally eat most of my calories earlier in the day, especially during the lunch hours, and if I get too close, I know how much I need to burn off, or at least have the day to burn it off. In the evening, you want your stomach to start slowing down a bit, so that is a bit counter productive to save soo many for the end…

True :) But sites like this and other measures are motivated by pounds. So I didn't know if this is a phase or am I doing the wrong type of fitness. Will the next 11 inches mean no pounds lost? just asking.... I am very grateful for the inches I gave lost.

I have bad knees as well, I'm not able to do aquatics at the time, but I modify everything when possible and I still get a good workout in.
