I work weekends only so its easier for me to stay on target during the weekdays and give myself some wiggle room on the weekends, so I dont stress myself out much

I used to be able to do that, but I get to comfy very fast. I just sorta pat myself on the back and keep it moving. I have set backs too easily to treat myself (much).

I'm curious as to how much your body fat has changed? Although you are not seeing your weight numbers go down for the past few weeks, what about your inches? Body fat?

There is no 100% SPOT reduction technique. Being committed to a healthy diet, exercise, toning, etc, eventually things fall into place. Its annoying at first but stay on top if it, things will happen :) Good luck!!

Here lately I have been warming up veggies left over from the previous dinner meal. Old fashioned oatmeal and 1 pc wheat toast, plain. 5-6 wheat crackers with 1tbsp of crunchy peanut butter Basically just depends on my mood :)

Im only going to respond to veggies, be sure that the veggie recipe/mixture you are using are fresh! If they are fresh, non canned, etc, you can control how much additive sugar is in your overall recipe. Nature sugar is okay, just monitor for those "other" sugar culprits.

I do agree, that I may not be burning as much as Im logging. I am at the point where a device may be needed, so I can re-evaluate the culprit here. Either way, losing is the goal, but Im trying to increase my knowledge on what is going on inside and with my body overall.
