Hi Naturals! I'm still in the awkward stage, and its yet another summer approaching (as of Saturday), I'm not one that does protective styles much, but do you have anything that you do different in the summer months than the rest of the year?

Totally Confused with Fitbit Zip
I have been using fitbit zip since Monday. When I work out, do I ADD the exercise on my log? These adjustments are killing me, because I dont have a full understanding. I need Fitbit for dummies, I tried reading the thread here...ugh... HELP!

Too Much Cardio?
