I don't have a cheat day but I do have a meal a week that I don't really worry about and have what ever I wish. This keeps me in line so I don't binge. I haven't found anything but two people I worked with found a grasshopper in a can of green beans and another person found a beak in a can of cream of chicken soup...and I saw both of them. Needless to say I don't eat cream of chicken soup.

Fall...especially late autumn and the first part of winter. The heat makes me cranky...I can put clothes on to keep warm but I can only take so much off to keep cool.

It's really surprising how salty prepared and packaged food are now. There are things that never bothered me before but now make me pucker due to the sodium...and the sweetness. Prepared spaghetti sauce is something that I've noticed the most, I started canning my own tomatoes for sauce and the difference is dramatic.

My best advise is to eat more. The moment you start to eat a balanced diet in maintenance you'll gain as your body will store fat. I've lost 66 pounds by doing this, when I'm at a plateau I up my calories by a small amount till the scale moves. Hope this helps you some, feel free to friend me if you wish :o)

What worked for me was logging and seeing what I was actually eating and how much. It really suprised me how many calories were in things that I thought were "healthy and low cal". If I don't log everyday I think I would fall back into old habits and I've worked far to hard to shed those 64 pounds. I really wish I was more…

First thing...a huge congrats to you on getting rid of the 100 pounds, a proud accomplishment! Have you tried a mix of both? That might be the best?...just a thought.
