I really would suggest joining a gym and finding a way to make it work for you. 30 day shred is awesome but I think its a good idea to diversify workouts. Incorporate weight lifting and cardio. Personally, my workout schedule is approx: monday: run 3 miles, do ab workout. Tuesday: Insanity. Wednesday: Lift weights (heavy).…
