Sadly, I couldn't find any ice cream in my freezer (I have no idea how that could ever really happen)! So I ate a few potato chips, and some natural peanut butter. Mmmmmm. Thanks, everyone!

I find myself having what seems like a lot of calories left at the end of the day quite often. Sometimes I do aerobics for 30 minutes, but I don't even chart that, because then I would have even more calories! My dietician says I'm not eating enough calories, but I'm not losing weight, and I don't want to eat more carbs.…
