Hey! snap! on my second go around too! Lost 36lbs then 'life' happened and 18 months later n i'd gained 56lbs... :( so here i am again! 28 this year and getting married in june! it'll be a stretch to lose the 56lbs but I'm going for it! :) feel free to add, be nice to have some active friends :) x

I have reached the weight I was when I first met my fiancé however I'm a size smaller in clothes because I am more toned, its not all about the scale numbers I have found, plus it has helped me push myself further in many aspects as its such a feel good mood enhancer!

Completely agree! the Gymnastics were on yesterday as I was in the gym on the treadmill and watching the slow-mo's are amazing :) such physiques! very inspiring! :D

I spent ages looking into this and I now have Syntrax Nectar Chocolate Truffle Protein Powder :) its reasonably priced! it tastes great! even just mixed with water (mixes in a shaker perfectly too) it has no carbs, no sugars and high protein levels :) 23g of protein and 100 cal per scoop :) I've mixed it with greek yoghurt…

They run this class at my gym (well at least thats what the posters call it) but our instructor always gets us to do the heaviest weights we can at low reps!? absolutely amazing class though!

Health Central = 22.8 % BF Scientific Psychic = 32.7% BF Live Strong = 32.8% BF I also have an app called 'Fitter' = 22.6% BF My only conclusion is that both HC and FItter dont ask for height and both say 22ish% BF However SP & LS both ask for height and both say 32% BF Undecided/Unconvinced

my mum and my gran were in partnership for childhood mental scarring... my gran would knit matching patchwork jumpers, hats, gloves and scarves for my brother and I (he's 3 years younger) and I was a small kid and he was a big kid and everyone would think we were twins, my mum loved this >_> it continued for many years lol…

TOO MUCH!!!! £1.30 a Litre (on a good day) so £5.85 a gallon which for my American friends :) would be $9.16 a gallon! I have a 45ltr tank = 10gallon (ish) of which I fill every 3-4 weeks... = £58 / $91 every 3-4 weeks >_<

Bah i forgot my inhaler the other week, turned up for bodycombat class what a mess i was by the end lol! and yesterday I forgot to chuck a gym top in my bag >_< luckily I had a vest cami on under my work top (too cold!) so at least it wasnt a bra and pants lesson lol!

Some people just comment without even thinking, my fiance's mum said on his slight weight gain 'oh you look better for putting on a few lbs' ... then after a few more she made a comment about him 'putting on too much' and now he's tried to do something about it its 'dont be so ridiculous!' ... *le sigh* you cant always win…
