I'd prefer to buy a game righout but I can't do that and chat with others. I simply can't afford to sub to ALOT of games so I need b2p or f2p if I want to check out those games. Is it the best? You can just look up what is in Plexus and make it yourself. It's got things like garcinia cambogia ( tamarind ) extract in it. Honestly you could drink a cup of coffee and take those extracts/tinctures yourself and see if you benefit.

Why worry about sugar if you can meet your 1200 calorie goal? I think a focus on calories first getting that down and then looking at your macros might be the best way to go about starting.

I'm getting one this weekend if they aren't all gone. I fully expect to trip over my bed using the kinect workout dealie. I wish I weren't so fail at console gaming though, I tried to play bioshock and just threw the controller.

For the most part I've had back issues for years and all of my doctors would rather be fat shaming than actually investigate the problem. When my insurance changes in January I hoping to find some doctors who will actually run tests so I can make sure there are no larger problems and continue on with my workouts.
