the gym i go to is always crowded so i have yet to actually utilize the squat rack. my goal for june is to finally be able to so that i can see just how much i can lift.

my lowest weight using mfp was about 160 but my weight has gone back up to where i originally started at 182. I'm 5'8.5" and wear a size 9 in pants and mostly a medium top.

Hi my name is Diamond.! I was doing pretty well sticking to my diet and exercising but recently got heavily of track. I joined this group because I'm in need of some motivation and am trying to rid myself of that I can't do this feeling. I'm currently 163 lbs and my goal for April is 150 lbs.

I'm 5'8 and pear shaped. My highest weight was 182, now I'm around 159. My belly button is about 31 inches. I'm looking to weigh between 138 and 143 lbs. You ladies are all lovely!!!

Totally!! The thing I like about this group is that it makes me workout. Yesterday I didn't feel like exercising but i did anyways because i'd be a hypocrite if I expect everyone else to but slack off myself!

weighed in at 162.4 today .2 lbs away from a total loss of 20 lbs so I'm feeling really good about that. today i started turbo fire & it feels really good to have a workout routine again, gonna keep my fingers crossed on this one.
