I need to buy a scale! I have cleaning, shopping and laundry to get done before 3 on Saturday - If I take time to make breakfast maybe I will be able to stick to watching what I eat.

Count me in too! Lost 60 lbs about 5 years ago. Dad was ill - I packed it all back on. Biometric screening confirms that I need to do something. DO NOT want to be on meds. Trying weight loss first.
