I am feeling the exact same! I hit a plateau then got sick from Jan - April and now I am just getting back into a routine of exercise but I am still trying to get my eating back to the right portion sizes. I did Insanity and was eating a very high number of calories while doing that but then I couldn't seem to get back…

I said "Sometimes" as in, not the case for everyone. I personally don't lose weight when I am eating below 1400 calories a day, everyone is different (: I would suggest seeing a nutritionist or professional for the best advice.

I think 1200 calories is the very minimum you should eat, I'd try eating 100-400 more calories and you may see a difference. Sometimes your body can go into "starvation" mode and turn anything you consume into fat stores.

I love Zumba! I've done it twice in one day or sometimes for 2 hours straight! If your body is showing you signs of exhaustion I wouldn't recommend it but otherwise I don't see why you can't do it twice! Drink plenty of water! (: Enjoy!

I love my fitbit but sadly they can't be used in water! Just for walking/running and daily wear!
