I saw this a few months ago. I have my doubts. It seems like a great device if it actually works but I would not want to spend the money till it has been lunched and there are actual personal reviews of the product. I question the accuracy of it.

There is quite a difference! whatever you are doing is working! keep it up!

LOL nice

I like the bare minerals but lately I tried tanwise from Sally's beauty. It's nice but if you don't shower after about 4 or 5 hours of putting it on, it starts to stinks! It does give a nice natural looking tan which lasts about 5 days.

That link is pretty dang accurate! I matched it up with my bodymedia numbers and it was almost dead on!

Wow this was a eye opener as to what some people have to spend to feed their family. I'm thankful I can almost always find good deals on fresh fruits, veggies and meats. To feed my husband, 3yr old daughter and I, it costs about $400/$500 a month. Honestly my grocery bill hasn't changed since I started buying more fresh…

Don't have any experience with the device but it doesn't have very good reviews on amazon....

I vote No. Get you mom on MFP for free, I did. :) Also $500 is insane! I looked it up on amazon just for *kitten* sake since I know nothing about it and it's under $200 on there. Seems to me, she can do the same thing, minus all the pills, with just eating less and moving more.

Usually both MFP and machines over estimate calorie burns. I had a bike that would tell me I burned 600 to 800 calories in 30 minutes. Once I got a fitness tracker I learned that was WAY off. Really, at about 194 I could steadily burn 10 calories a minute, 11 if I put my all into it and now at 137 I can get 8 or 9 a…

Do you use a HRM or some type of device to accurately measure your calorie burns for your workouts?? MFP over estimates quite often.

If 35lbs is all you have to lose I think it will take you a little longer to lose then someone with, say, 80 to 100 lbs to lose. Thats being said.,when I started I lost 35 in about 3 and a half months. Although I started at 220. I worked out 6/7 days a week for at least 30 to 60 minutes.

Are you drinking enough water? Drinking water will help with the water retention,

Wine, crown and diet, or michelob ultra. I'm not really a beer fan so I usually stick with the wine or the crown and diet coke.

Holy transformation batman! You look great! Amazing job and fantastic dedication!

That is a amazing NSV! Fantastic job!

Youtube has a ton of different workout videos. I work out at home because it's easier then having to get a baby sitter and paying for a gym membership. I've put together a home gym though. Resistance bands are pretty cheap, a stability ball, suspension trainer (like TRX but search amazon you can find one for about $25),…

Fantastic! High five! That is a great feeling! Keep up the amazing work!

I agree with this. If you don't want to cut them out completely, you need to gain some self control. I love me some junk food but I practice moderation when having my fat snacks. Make sure it fits into your calories for the day.
-
LOL My elliptical does this too! 10 minutes in and it says I've burned 30 calories! butttttttt thats why I do by my armband which is usually around 2x or 3x that.
-
500 calories is entirely too low! I'm 5'1 and my intake ranges between 1400-1600, sometimes more. I weigh and log everything. I workout 5 to 7 days a week. I haven't cut anything out except full sugar soda and only because I'd rather eat those calories. I promise you, your body burns more then 1200 calories in a day. Even…

Then you are not eating at a deficit..... weight loss is 80% what you eat and 20% exercise
-
Hi5! This one totally works!

I second the PB2 and the chocolate PB2. I also always get the sara lee 45 calorie bread, fiber one brownies, 40 calorie cheese slices and popcorn (the stuff in a bag) sea salt or half naked. The popcorn is good cause I like to snack and the stuff I have right now is only 35 calories a cup.
-
this is very true!
-
I second this. Although I use my body media arm band. For 30 minutes on the elliptical, MFP gives me 286, my elliptical barely gives me 200 but my armband gives me around 240 to 260 depending on the effort I put in.

Yup as long as you eat at a deficit you will lose. Walking will just help :)
