I'm on week 3 of c25k and already ive lost about 7 lbs. In addition to that and logging on MFP and counting calories, ive been doing some blogilates and walking instead of taking the bus too which helps. So yes, I think its definitely do-able!

I have tried blogilates too! Although she is so peppy that I find it almost irritating. It's definitely my problem though because I can't ever keep up with her. Because I'm just starting out, that's currently my goal!

I typically have a gin and tonic. A typical gin and tonic is around 120 cal, but if you substitute half the tonic water for soda water, you can save a couple calories there. Don't forget the twist of lime. :)
