Thanks. I've read so many places that breakfast is important because it gets your metabolism going for the day, and the feeling of hunger is good because it means your body is burning calories/fat/whatever.

You should talk to your doctor, and true, you should not try to lose weight. HOWEVER You will probably lose weight and become healthier if you make healthier food choices and do pregnancy approved exercise. Yes it works, but like others have said, you still have to do well the other 6 days of the week and even then try to have some healthy choices on the cheat day. I may be starting over now, but last time I lost 50 pounds in 3 months I had a cheat day once a week.
