I make a slightly modified version of this recipe: https://therecipecritic.com/2015/03/one-pot-cajun-chicken-alfredo-pasta/ I don't use chicken or oil and I add peas.

I use cans of green chiles instead of chicken broth. Adds a nice kick!

Thanks for the tip! I haven't found a good tzatziki recipe, every time I try to make it, it comes out super watery. Do you have any tips for tzatziki ?

Sure, but its not very special, lol! I went to Trader Joe's because it was new in town and I heard they had pre-cooked, frozen falafel, which is also how I found the tahini sauce there. So I just make their frozen ones, and they are VERY good. I think you get 12 in a bag for $3.99 here in Oklahoma. Other than that, I have…

You are right. I am just so afraid to eat back exercise calories (which is what those are) because I don't trust the math.

The other was animal fruit snacks which someone happened to give me and I was under my calories for what I already planned so I ate it, definitely not a…

Thank you for this! I don't know how quickly I am willing to give up my sausage roll (lol), but I can cut the walnuts and cherries, and replace with tuna in my salad. This should make them more filling while adding some more protein.

LOL that's ok by me! I am making these again tonight - this time I prepped them the previous night; I will let you know if that impacts the flavor - I feel like it will be even more robust!

I try to keep the scale in the same place, weigh 3 times, and whichever number came up twice is the number I record.

Arnold brand Oat Nut bread is my favorite, but since starting this journey, I can't bring myself to eat it due to calories. I eat Nature's Own Honey Wheat 40 cal bread.
