That's a good point. I've never really had a full physical done. Perhaps now is the time to get one, and then later as my doctor recommends. I know he will be happy I am losing weight!

Because of your budget, I would maybe go to a dollar store and pick up some multivitamins there. May not be the best, but super cheap. Best of luck to you!

I've started not eating until noon or 1pm, which helps me feel fuller longer when I do eat. I only eat between noon and 8pm and I don't tend to over eat because I am too full to.
