I used them for about a month or so intra workout and I definitely felt more energized towards the end. The "silk amino acids" are essentially micronized BCAAs. Personally, I think BCAAs are a necessary supplement to get to the next level, or for breaking through a plateau.

I agree with the post above and would like to add that full fat foods will also make you feel fuller for longer and reduce your cravings between meals as opposed to a food with more carbs.
