  • Thanks guys I appreciate the input!
  • I really like my fitbit flex but I personally don't think it was worth the $99 I spent on it. Since you wear it on your wrist the step count is always off. I can sit right here and just doing stuff basic it will claim Ive walked 40 steps. However I think its close enough to right. May be off by a few hundred steps a day. I…
  • The part that holds the little electric fitbit into the bracelet will hold water after a shower. I take mine off and pull the little black thing out and dry it all off before putting it back on. If you shower and then do that you will see just how much water gets in that part. Water laying on the skin like that for hours…
  • I think I have a bad day at least once every week.. Just start again today!! No big deal!! You might not loose a whole lb this week... it won't be the end of the world.. just remember the goal and move ahead!
  • Unless you went over 3500 calories your not gonna gain anything except maybe some water weight from salt intake. 1 lb of fat = 3500 calories. You are suppose to create a deficit everyday of 500 calories. 500 calories x 7 days = 3500 calories a week (1 lb a week) So If you ate over 500 calories you probably just won't loose…
  • I guess for now Ill stick with the normal Pedometer until after Christmas and if I still really want the Flex or Zip Ill get it then. I have tiny wrist so your probably right about the clunky bracelet. The Omron Pedometer that you were talking about is it pretty accurate? As far as 10k steps I don't think Id ever hit that.…
  • Congrats and way to go... You look great and your confidence shows in the pictures! :)
  • Definitely Spaghetti, Lazagna, Chili .. Seems like anything with tomato sauces!
  • I guess you gotta point it is $40.00 more for just the sleep tracker. Does the Zip send info wirelessly of is that feature missing too?? Gotta focus on Santa for my little one right now maybe I will hit my goal early and won't have much of a point for it by then *Fingers Crossed*
  • Im actually one of those really stupid people when Im asleep and I always wake up feeling terrible. I hate waking whether its 6am 9am or even 1pm. lol. I figured it might be interesting to see how many times a night I wake. Does it do that? The Fitbit Flex that is. So your saying the HRM doesn't monitor calories or steps…
