Question about weighing food.
We are having assorted pork chops with dinner tonight. Do I weigh the 4 oz with the bone in or cut the bone out and weigh 4 oz of meat since you don't eat the bone? Also my scale weighs in lbs not oz.... so it goes to .9 then rolls over to 1 lb.. is 4 oz then .25 since it doesn't go to 16 oz?

Calorie Burn from workouts
Im seeing a lot of my friends are posting workout such as 90 minutes walking with over 1000 calorie burns and 30 minute workouts with 500 calorie burns. Is this even possible? I walk 3.5 uphill for 30 minutes and get roughly 200 calories burned and sometime I feel like that may be to much. If its possible how do I do that?

I have been considering purchasing one of the two. I really want the Fitbit Flex because it monitors sleep patterns and all but its expensive especially here at Christmas time.
