Question about weighing food.

We are having assorted pork chops with dinner tonight. Do I weigh the 4 oz with the bone in or cut the bone out and weigh 4 oz of meat since you don't eat the bone? Also my scale weighs in lbs not oz.... so it goes to .9 then rolls over to 1 lb.. is 4 oz then .25 since it doesn't go to 16 oz?

I would weigh without the bone and get a new scale that measures in ounces and grams, it will make your life much easier.0

Yeah without the bone for sure. or cook it and use a 'cooked' entry.
And I agree, get a more accurate scale.0 -
Weigh only what you eat. You can weigh the whole thing, write down the number, eat, and weigh the left overs. Then subtract.0

Thanks guys I appreciate the input!0
