Glad to hear it Cerenia. I can totally relate to doing so well and then totally crashing. I had been down from 191 to 129 in about 4 1/2 months and only had 9 more to my goal. sadly in March I slipped and by May I had worked my way back to 152. In order to control your hunger throughout the day breakfast is highly important. I shoot for roughly 300 cals in the morning. the most important thing is to get at least 30g of protein in the morning. this will help you stay fuller longer along with keeping your carb/protein ratio in order. 3 carbs for every 1 protein.…
